Tasting Notes	Alluring notes of juicy white peach, fynbos, lemongrass, and cardamom. Marmalade on toast with a touch of lime blankets the palette. Harmonized by a backbone of linear minerality, leading to a refined, saline finish that leaves a lasting impression. Concentrated yet gracefully restrained.
