Grapes are sourced from two sites, one in Stellenbosch, one in Elgin. Grapes from the cool Elgin Valley are subjected to a long, slow ripening period that contributes to the racy acidity and concentration of flavours in this wine, while the Stellenbosch component adds texture and vibrant aromas.
