Karibib Wine Craft

Illimis wines are handcrafted by winemaker Lucinda Heyns in the Karibib
Wine Craft cellar on Karibib Estate. The property is located in the heart of
the picturesque Polkadraai Hills outside of Stellenbosch, South Africa.
The winery, established in 2019, was designed as a collaborative space,
welcoming small independent winemakers to craft their own wines within
its shared facilities. This is where illimis found a unique home. The tasting
room at Karibib Wine craft not only features the estate’s wines but also
highlights the creations of all the independent winemakers. To experience
