SHIPPING INFORMATION

Delivery charges are as follows:

  • Standard shipping: R100.00 per order
  • Free shipping on orders of R2000.00 or more

Estimated delivery times:

  • Main city centres (Cape Town, Pretoria, Johannesburg, Durban): 1-2 business days
  • Boland & Southern Suburbs: 2-3 business days
  • Garden Route: 2-3 business days
  • Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth): 3-4 business days
  • Outlying areas: 5-7 business days

Orders are typically dispatched within 1 business day of payment being received.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only. While we work with trusted courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, including weather, high shipping volumes, or operational issues. We will always do our best to assist should any unexpected delays arise.

Deliveries are made during normal business hours. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order.

Our courier partners:

To ensure efficient delivery, we work with specialised wine warehousing and delivery partners across South Africa. While tracking numbers are not generally available, you’ll receive a copy of the dispatch email once your delivery has been booked. If you have any questions about the status of your delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

International orders:

Shipping costs, delivery times, and import requirements vary by destination, and we’ll be happy to provide a personalised quotation.

RETURNS POLICY:

We want you to enjoy your wines and order with confidence. If we’ve made a mistake, or if something isn’t as it should be, please get in touch. We care deeply about every bottle we send out and will always do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

Should anything not be as expected, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Wine damaged in transit

If the wine was damaged by the courier:

  • Send photos of the damaged package and bottles.
  • We’ll replace the bottles or refund you.

Faulty wine

 If you believe a wine is faulty:

  • We may ask for the bottle to be returned for assessment.
  • If the wine is confirmed to be faulty, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.

Incorrect order sent

If you did not receive what you ordered:

  • We will collect the wrong bottles and send the correct bottles
  • We will cover all shipping costs

Change of mind

 If you’ve placed an order, but changed your mind:

  • If your order has not yet been dispatched, we’re happy to amend or cancel it.
  • Due to the nature of wine and storage conditions once it leaves our care, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind.

Incorrect delivery details 

If you’ve made a mistake with the delivery address:

  • Please inform us as soon as possible.
  • Unfortunately, if the order has already been dispatched, you will be held liable for the costs of re-delivery.

While we work with trusted couriers, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control. Please keep this in mind when you place an order
