Tasting Notes

A wonderfully fragrant nose of dark cherry, pomegranate, fresh plum, violets and subtle herbs leads into a beautifully poised palate with bright, juicy fruit and silky tannins. Portion of whole-bunch fermentation brings freshness and lift, while a polished, savoury edge adds complexity. Elegant, refined and beautifully balanced, the wine finishes with vibrant energy and remarkable purity.
